Happy Holidays New Haven Residents!
It is tax time again. You should receive your tax statements within the next week.
I will be at the Town Hall on Saturday, January 9th and January 23rd from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. I will not be accepting any drop offs at my residence. Please mail your tax payments so they are postmarked by January 1, 2016.
A reminder that our township has made the switch to electronic receipting which means the Town Hall will be a drop off only, receipts will not be able to be issued. Also, the County no longer provides me with a copy of your statement so I cannot tell you what you owe. If you are going to drop your taxes off, you will need to have the amount(s) due from your statement ahead of time.
Remember that proof of current rabies vaccinations and the license fee for each dog is required to license your dogs. All residents are required to purchase licenses for their dog(s). Please stay compliant.
The fees for dog licenses are:
All Others $8.00;
$5.00 late fee applied to all dogs not registered by March 31, 2016.
I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season and a blessed new year!
