In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the New Haven Town Board will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at 7:00 pm, at the New Haven Town Hall, E1318 1260th Ave in Connorsville, Wisconsin.  Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are listed below:


1. Call to Order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Roll Call.
4. Approval of Minutes of November 29, 2017.
5. Treasurer’s Report.
6. Patrolman’s Report on the Roads.
7. Board Member’s Report on the Clear Lake and/or Boyceville Community Ambulance & Fire District meetings.
8. Old Business.
a. 1290th Ave Bridge Petition Updates.
9. Public Input.
10. New Business.
a. Amend 2017 Budget to Add Extra Payment to TRI-D Loan #1 in 2017;
b. Discuss posting speed limit and sharp curve signs on town roads;
c. Approve appointment of election inspectors presented by the Clerk for the 2018-2019 election term as required by Wisconsin Statutes 6.875(4) and 7.30(4) (a);
d. Adjournment to Closed Session under Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility under 19.85(1)(c);
e. Reconvene in Open Session for the purpose of taking action as deemed necessary or appropriate on any matter discussed or deliberated upon in Closed Session;
f. Review and make decision about a salary increase, effective January 1, 2018, for the two town patrolmen and also about a Christmas bonus for the two patrolmen;
11. Approve bills for payment.
9. Date of the next Town Board meeting:  Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
12. Adjournment.
