NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the New Haven Town Board will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at 7:00 pm, at the New Haven Town Hall, E1318 1260th Ave in Connorsville, Wisconsin. Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are listed below:
1. Call to Order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Roll Call.
4. Approval of Minutes of December 12, 2017.
5. Treasurer’s Report.
6. Patrolman’s Report on the Roads.
7. Board Member’s Report on the Clear Lake and/or Boyceville Community Ambulance & Fire District meetings.
8. Old Business.
9. Public Input.
10. New Business.
a. Review letter from Randy Prochnow, town’s assessor and approve dates for Open Book and Board of Review in 2018.
b. Review road work to be done in 2018.
c. Review process of getting information together to apply for a grant to go towards a new truck purchase for the town.
11. Approve bills for payment.
9. Date of the next Town Board meeting: Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
