NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the New Haven Town Board will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at 7:00 pm, at the New Haven Town Hall, E1318 1260th Ave in Connorsville, Wisconsin. Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are listed below:
1. Call to Order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Roll Call.
4. Approval of Minutes of January 9, 2018.
5. Treasurer’s Report.
6. Patrolman’s Report on the Roads.
7. Board Member’s Report on the Clear Lake and/or Boyceville Community Ambulance & Fire District meetings.
8. Old Business.
a. Review estimates for new truck and information needed for grant.
9. Public Input.
10. New Business.
a. Change date of August board meeting due to conflict with Partisan Primary Election on August 14, 2018.
b. Information about Request from Prairie Farm School District to speak to townspeople at the March board meeting.
c. WI Towns Association District Meeting for elected officials on Saturday, March 24, 2018 in Eau Claire.
d. Discuss buying a plow blade for town truck.
e. Update from clerk on accounts being sent to collections and change in rates for providing plowing and sanding services to neighboring municipalities.*
11. Approve bills for payment.
